How Tekniti handles your data

Tekniti is operated by Tekniti.AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15185597). Our registered office is 10 Hubert Road, Wellingborough, NN8 6DA, United Kingdom.

We are the controller for your own account information — name, email, login credentials, billing — and the processor for the tenant and property data you upload. Contact: legal@tekniti.ai.

What you give us: name, email, company, and the property, tenancy, certificate and correspondence data you enter or forward. What we record automatically: pages visited, features used, browser and device type, IP address.

All customer data is stored in AWS eu-west-2 (London). Encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256 under AWS-managed KMS keys. Access is limited to named engineers; deploys authenticate through OIDC, and no long-lived AWS keys exist.

The assistant and document extraction run on AWS Bedrock in eu-west-2, calling Anthropic models. Bedrock does not use your data to train models. Anything the assistant proposes that would change a record is shown to you for confirmation first — it never acts on its own.

Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email delivery and Bedrock — eu-west-2), Anthropic via Bedrock (model inference, eu-west-2) and Stripe (card payments). The current list with each processor’s role and location is in the full privacy notice.

This site sets only the cookies needed for it to function. It runs no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to legal@tekniti.ai and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We keep your data while your account is active. After you close it we delete personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to keep it — notably the hash-chained audit record, which exists so a statutory action can be evidenced later.

We will tell you by email or in the product before a material change takes effect.
