Service description

Tekniti is a property management operating system that automates tenant communications, compliance tracking, maintenance triage, rent collection, and portal listings for UK letting agents and portfolio landlords.

Account terms

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Tekniti only for lawful property management purposes. You must not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, or use the service in any way that violates applicable UK law.

Payment terms

Fees are charged monthly in advance based on your chosen plan. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable. We process payments via Direct Debit or card through Stripe. If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access after 14 days of non-payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

Intellectual property

Tekniti and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tekniti.AI Ltd. Your data remains yours. By using Tekniti, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekniti.AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tekniti.AI Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Tekniti shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
